Jamie Bellinger, LMFT-A
Jamie is a Houston native and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist supervised by Moni Tang, LMFT-S. With over a decade of experience navigating the unique joys and challenges faced by neurodiverse couples and families, Jamie also holds space for neurotypical individuals seeking to strengthen their identity and find more authentic ways of being.
In her work with couples and families, Jamie focuses on repairing ruptures and establishing safer, more resilient connections. She believes true growth begins with the courage to look inward. Jamie gently challenges her clients to assess how their own behaviors and internal patterns contribute to the hurdles they face, both individually and relationally. By illuminating these cycles, she helps partners and families trade reactive habits for deeper, more intentional ways of relating to promote lasting change.
Whether you are navigating the complexities of human connection, or simply looking to sharpen your own sense of self, Jamie provides a grounded, compassionate environment for the transformative work of therapy. When she isn’t in the therapy room, you can find her in the kitchen cooking, or out hiking and exploring with her rescue dogs.
